This design is called the flying Seagull layout. The hot air balloons are from SU soar confidently bundle. I used Recollections textile textured floral paper 

#splitcoaststampers.

It was created with Spellbinders Breezy swing die of the Mo. for August 2023. The clouds were made with an old credit card and the water was made using markers and white gel pens. Selected as a favorite 3x for the week ending 8/18/2024.
